Q: What are your opening hours?

A: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, however, our website can provide you with most information 24/7. Through the Elite Medical Website you can obtain quotes, place orders and extensive product information, however, if you would prefer to speak to one of our team directly any emails or phone messages left outside of operating hours will be followed up promptly upon our return.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: At Elite Medical we want to make your ordering process as easy and efficient as possible, therefore, we offer a wide range of ordering options including online, phone, fax, email or by mail.

Q: Has my purchase order been received?

A: Once a purchase order has been received by the Elite Medical customer service team, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the purchase order with a copy of either, invoice or back order listing. If a confirmation email is not received within one business day of your purchase order being sent, we encourage you to contact one of our team on 1800 354 836.

Q: How long will my order take to be shipped?

A: Most products shipped from Elite Medical Supplies are shipped within 24 hours on either Overnight Air-Freight or Express Road Freight Service as requested.

Q: What happens in an emergency will my product be available?

A: Elite Medical Supplies maintains a minimum of 6 months supply of stock at any one time for all products likely to be required in an emergency situation. With access to superior delivery systems we are able to provide stock within 24 hours via overnight air-freight as required.
