Elite Medical is a specialised stockist business supplying surgical instruments, medical and 
rehabilitation equipment and disposable medical supplies. The success of Elite Medical to seek new orders/contracts and gain market share depends on Elite Medical understanding and satisfying current and future needs and always meeting customer expectations. Therefore, the focus of Elite Medical is to exceed the expectations of our customers wherever possible.

As a minimum consideration, Elite Medical customers will expect reliable, knowledgeable and timely support and supply of high standard products.  

Elite Medical are committed to continual improvement to ensure our ongoing ability to meet climate change and exceed our customer expectations.  

To assist us to do this Elite Medical undertakes to operate and maintain documented quality management systems which includes objectives and targets focused on satisfying the requirements of our customers, our legal and regulatory obligations and ongoing business improvements. Where necessary, appropriate controlling requirements are linked to the inspection or certification service being provided. 

This quality management system is designed to meet the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 
9001:20015 Quality Management Systems.
